DRUM HEART RAMEN. Black Sesame Spicy pork soup served with pork belly chasu, spicy miso paste, crispy onion chips, Cabbage, cilantro and lime. Finished at the table with Rayu "spicy sesame oil" heated to 356°F in a cast iron tea pot poured over cilantro. Creates a "Drum Beat".
